Electricity Distribution Industry Ringfencing Toolkit

Siphakamile Holdings executives have extensively been involved with Electricity Distribution Industry (EDI) restructuring for the creation of Regional Electricity Distributors (REDs). This historical assignment exposed Siphakamile executives to all key industry stakeholders, industry structure knowledge of the whole South African electricity supply chain, for example: from primary energy (Generation) to the Service Delivery Framework.

Also, Siphakamile gained technical experience on ringfencing and due diligence of the ringfenced entities to be transferred to the REDs, including use of the EDI Ringfencing Toolkit.
